Shipping policy

As we are a small business please allow 1-4 business days processing time. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped. During Holidays, Sales and Restocks allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

Please note that selecting priority does not speed up processing time it only expedites when the package will be received from the carrier once they are in possession of it.

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Please reach out to us at Nixygrey@gmail.com if you have a concern with the order received. Please email us within a 7 day period after delivered with any concerns. 

Must provide in email:

  • Name order was purchased under
  • order number (in the subject & body)
  • Email address associated with the order

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Nixy Grey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delayed packages during transit.

All international shipments are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refunds due to the additional freight and duty costs associated with those orders.

Import taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to Import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

NIXY GREY cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
